This course began with a conversation I had with Liz Cooke, the “Principal” of the JVP School, several years ago. Absolutely. This course is designed to fit your schedule. Enjoy the videos, practice exercises, worksheets, and live call recordings any time, and revisit them as often as you like!
Once you’ve learned the basic symbols and meanings of the cards and feel comfortable tuning in intuitively, you should jump right in! The sooner you start practicing, the better. Try a reading for yourself or for friends—it’s the best way to build your skills and confidence.
No, you don’t need to memorize every card. This course is designed to give you all of the tools and clues to understand the traditional meaning of each card – and help you tap into your intuition for the most profound readings possible. Be patient and keep practicing! With experience, your understanding of the cards will deepen naturally.
Accuracy improves with practice and intuition. The more you work with the cards, the more comfortable you’ll become with their meanings. Try journaling after each reading to reflect on your insights and track your progress. And don’t be afraid to trust your gut!
You can absolutely use tarot to read for yourself! In fact, reading for yourself is a great way to practice and develop your intuitive abilities. Just remember to stay open and objective during personal readings to avoid interpreting the cards based on what you hope to see.
